Michael has worked in the information services industry for more than 19 years, including running Whitston Publishing, a bibliographic database provider that was acquired by EBSCO in 2003. He is primarily responsible for new product development, product management and user experience for product lines serving colleges, universities, public libraries and primary/secondary schools worldwide. Michael and his team are focused on understanding the needs of customers and end-users to deliver outstanding products and end-user experiences.
