Looking for a way to reach special audiences in your community? Unsure how to determine who those audiences are and whether it’s worth it to reach out to them? Listen in on a conversation with four libraries that have found success connecting with these sometimes small but always important audiences in their communities. Learn how they identified these groups, what tools they’re using to reach them, and some great tips and tricks for successful interaction that pays off.

At the end of the webinar, you’ll be better able to determine if this kind of outreach is right for your library and how to get started.

Sharing their experiences targeting audiences with email will be representatives of Durham County Public Library (NC); County of Lennox and Addington Libraries (Ontario); Indian Prairie Public Library (IL); and Mishawaka-Penn-Harris Public Library (IN).
