"I didn't know the library had that!" How many times have you heard that from your patrons?
Probably too many.
While libraries have promotional strategies in place to expand awareness and usage of in-house programs and collections for patrons visiting their buildings, they are often frustrated when it comes to getting people to use their online resources.
Join us to find out how libraries like yours successfully engaged patrons and increased use of library resources with promotional emails. Learn practical ideas to turn interest into engagement, as well as tips for keeping the excitement going.
Whether you’re thinking of a library email campaign or already in the planning stage, this presentation will provide you the insight and inspiration to get you started.
