Jen enjoys talking with customers about their day-to-day challenges and then walking through how our various products can help make their jobs easier. She's always working with the team here at NoveList to make sure we're offering the best services and features to help libraries connect with their readers and community.
Before joining the team at NoveList, Jen did a little bit of everything! She's most recently a former public historian and librarian (public and academic libraries, as well as in special collections and archives), but she also has over 20 years of experience in marketing. She specializes in the histories of LGBTQIA and other under-represented communities.
As a kid, Jen devoured the Nancy Drew series, which she attributes to her ability to sense plot twists of all sorts. Today she looks for stories that are witty, offbeat, and/or quirky. When not working, you can find her shaking her groove thing in dance breaks with her family. She loves to create, whether that's through subversive cross-stitch, jewelry, photography, or graphic design.
