Lauren joined NoveList in April 2021 and works on software that helps librarians engage with their communities. She currently lives in Denver, CO but calls Minnesota her home.
Like many ‘90s kids, Lauren loved Harry Potter and would eagerly wait for the latest book in the series to be released. As an adult, she finds herself going through different reading phases. Lauren loves the wisdom and philosophy that comes from books like The Alchemist, but for a while was fascinated with the dystopian fiction trend. Currently, she mostly reads non-fiction novels where she can learn more about the world and what the future has in store. The Fourth Turning by Wiliam Strauss and Neil Howe is the next book on her list.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys art museums as well as outdoor adventures with family and friends.
