Mihaela joined NoveList's Product Team in 2020, where she is heavily involved with the definition and prioritization of software features used by the libraries to connect with their communities. Her focus is to maximize the value delivered by continuously making choices about what to build and what not to build in the Novelist's software solutions.
With a long history of working in product and business development, Mihaela gets excited about innovation driven by a thorough understanding of the customers’ changing needs. Her motto is: “If you’re wondering what the problem is, ask your customers.”
Mihaela’s favorite book as a child was Fram, The Polar Bear by Cezar Petrescu. Today you’ll find her reading science and history books, along with contemporary classic literature.
Outside of the office, Mihaela can be found playing with her two cats, exploring the mountains of western NC, or corralling her children to go on a family hike.
