Kim Gibbons
Senior Vice President – Chief Legal Officer
Kim Gibbons is the Senior Vice President/Chief Legal Officer for EBSCO Information Services (EBSCO). Kim is responsible for legal matters pertaining to EBSCO including overseeing all license agreements with customers, as well as all contracts with publishers and other partners. Kim received her Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University in 1990 and then her Doctor of Law, summa cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School in 1995. In 1999, she began her career at EBSCO and has been heavily involved with content licensing, rights management, content management and copyright issues. Prior to that, Kim worked as a litigation associate at Shearman & Sterling in New York City and at DeBrauw Blackstone Westbroek in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Kim is based at EBSCO Information Services’ International Headquarters in Ipswich, Massachusetts.
