Patty Carroll
Executive Vice President – Human Resources
Patty Carroll joined EBSCO Information Services (EIS) in March 2019 as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and is responsible for EIS HR strategy worldwide.
Prior to joining EBSCO, Patty served as Vice President of Human Resources at OSRAM Sylvania, Inc. Throughout her career, Patty has held positions in compensation, benefits, HR information systems and other in roles across financial, software and manufacturing industries. Patty holds a master's degree from Suffolk University and a bachelor’s degree from University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
