The team here at NoveList has been working on a project; today, it's finished. We're unveiling the updated user experience for Core Collections. Designed with your needs in mind, the new Core Collections makes accessing the resources you love easier than ever while providing a modern, mobile-responsive experience. Here’s a peek at what you can expect from this exciting update.
A cleaner homepage to simplify your workflow
Say hello to a streamlined homepage. Our redesign ensures the features you use most are front and center. Everything from helpful banners to intuitive search helpers is optimized to save you time and help you find what you’re looking for faster. Need a little guidance on navigating the new interface? Our updated user guide is your go-to resource. With FAQs, search tips, and training materials like tutorials and webinars, it’s designed to help you make the most of Core Collections.
Access popular content with ease
Finding what you need has never been simpler. Watch the “Spotlight on” banner for relevant blog posts, product updates, customer surveys, and more. The rotating collection of Trending Searches provides helpful suggestions for popular topics like Books for Reluctant Readers or Media Tie-ins, making it easy to find the perfect titles. Additionally, the Explore section lets you quickly search for curated lists such as Award Winners, Books with Reviews, and more.
Mobile-responsive design for any device
We understand the importance of flexibility. That’s why the new Core Collections is fully mobile-responsive. Access it at your desk or in the stacks with a tablet or laptop, and complete collection maintenance on the go. Core Collections works seamlessly wherever you are.
Projects: A new way to organize your work
The Folder tab in the previous version of Core Collections has been transformed into Projects, offering enhanced functionality to streamline your collection work. Projects enable you to collect and organize books and reviews for specific tasks. For example, you can create separate Projects for weeding, purchasing titles, or curating themed displays. Assign due dates to prioritize tasks and keep everything on track. Simply select items from your results list and add them to a Project with just a few clicks—making collection maintenance more efficient than ever.
