Karin L. Heffernan is a Research & Learning Librarian at Southern New Hampshire University where she liaises with the School of Arts & Sciences’ Social Sciences, Communications and Psychology departments, and serves on the Undergraduate Research Committee and the Center for Teaching & Learning Board. She has fifteen years’ experience in academic libraries, has served on the ACRL Instruction Section’s Information Literacy in the Disciplines Committee, and completed ACRL Immersion, Project Based Learning certification, Kagan Cooperative Learning training, and the Dartmouth Librarians Active Learning Institute.
