アメリカにおいて、アメリカの先住民族（ネイティヴ・アメリカン）の歴史・文化を憲章する目的で制定されている Native American Heritage Month （毎年11月）にあわせ、弊社の collection development 部門は洋書電子書籍のパッケージコレクションである Native American Heritage e-book collection の内容を更新しました。
本コレクションは、ネイティヴ・アメリカンのコミュニティが辿って来た歴史をはじめ彼らの文化・伝統や生活様式について書かれた、420タイトル以上の選び抜かれた洋書電子書籍で構成されています。
加えて、同部門では健康科学、特に医学をテーマとした複数のコレクションの更新も、併せて行いました。これらのコレクションは、マニュアル・ケースブック（教材）・ガイドブックなどを収録しており、医療関係者や医学生の需要が見込まれる質の高いコンテンツを提供いたします。
また以下に挙げたコレクションのうち、２件は Doody's Review Service によって選書されたものとなっています。Doody's は、健康科学分野の最新のソフトウェアや書籍について、タイムリーかつ専門的なレビューを提供する信頼性の高い情報源として知られています。
