Anne Campbell Brings 20 Years of Publishing and Library Experience to EBSCO Information Services

~ Former SWETS EProcessing Manager Joins EBSCO as Library Automation Manager ~

IPSWICH, Mass.June 3, 2014 — Anne Campbell who most recently served as E-Processing Manager at Swets is joining EBSCO Information Services. Starting her library career at Blackwell North America, Campbell brings more than 20 years of experience in publishing and libraries to EBSCO.   

Campbell will work with the integrated library system vendors utilized by EBSCO customers to enable seamless integration, enhancing services and improving work flows.  A member of the NISO Business Topics Committee and the ICEDIS Working Group, Campbell will also provide insight and knowledge to EBSCO’s customer service and IT teams.

Campbell will report to Ian Best, EBSCO Subscription Services Division’s newly named Vice President of Subscription Workflow Solutions. Best rejoined EBSCO last month to manage EBSCO products aimed at further enhancing, streamlining and simplifying the renewal, ordering and invoicing process for EBSCO’s customers. He will also be leading efforts to expand EBSCO’s EDI capabilities with existing and next generation ILS and procurement systems.

Best says customers will benefit from having Campbell advocating on their behalf. “Anne is going to be able to provide suggestions and feedback to let our team know what librarians expect from integrations and enhancements. We expect improvements in product and service quality due to Anne’s experience and dedication to customers.”
