IPSWICH, Mass. — September 8, 2014 — Member Libraries in the SEALS Consortium, located in the Eastern Cape, South Africa, have selected EBSCO Discovery Service™ (EDS) via Innovative’s Encore Duet. The SEALS Consortium includes Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, University of Fort Hare, Walter Sisulu University and Rhodes University.
Library staff at the member libraries evaluated other discovery services and they determined that EDS via Encore Duet provided everything they were looking for in a discovery platform. Maretha Allwright, the SEALS Trust & Systems Manager says “EBSCO’s partnership with Innovative Interfaces made it possible to offer a one-stop-shop search, with results for print, online and digital, no more than two clicks away.
