Lauren Campbell
Lauren is a NoveList Consultant. She teaches courses on early literacy and how to instill children with a love of reading.

Lindsey Dunn
Lindsey is Senior Reader Services Librarian for NoveList. She teaches courses on working with teen and tween readers.

Angela Hursh
Angela is Manager of Library Engagement, Marketing, and Professional Development for NoveList. She teaches courses on effective and engaging library marketing.

April Mazza
April is a Learning Engagement Specialist for NoveList. She teaches courses on providing excellent customer services to readers and understanding challenging genres.

Yaika Sabat
Yaika is Manager of Reader Services for NoveList. She teaches courses on working with adult readers and understanding challenging genres.

Duncan Smith
Duncan Smith is the Founder of NoveList and EBSCO’s Chief Strategist for Public Libraries. He teaches an advanced course on building long-lasting relationships with readers.
NoveList advisors

Stephanie Chase
Stephanie Chase is the Founding Principal of Constructive Disruption, the Executive Director of the Libraries of Eastern Oregon, a current Public Library Association Board of Directors member, and one of the founding members of LibraryReads. She has been working in libraries, mostly as a director, for more than 20 years, and has had a long-time love for and focus on readers’ advisory. She is an instructor for the course, Strategic Reader Services: A Complete Plan.

Becky Spratford
Becky Spratford [MLIS] is a Readers' Advisor in Illinois specializing in serving patrons ages 13 and up. She trains library staff all over the world in how to match books with readers through the local public library. She runs the critically acclaimed RA training blog RA for All and is the author of The Readers’ Advisory Guide to Horror, Third Edition [ALA Editions, 2021]. She is an instructor for Keeping Up with Books 2023 and 2024.

Kaite Stover
Kaite Stover is the Director of Readers’ Services for the Kansas City Public Library. She is one of the founding members of LibraryReads. Katie is an ALA Councilor and the co-editor of The Readers’ Advisory Handbook. Ever since she started working in libraries, starting in 1986, she has promoted library collections and services to help build a community of readers. She is an instructor for Strategic Reader Services: A Complete Plan.
Martha Yesowitch
Martha Yesowitch, MLIS, is the Community Partnerships Manager at Charlotte Mecklenburg Library. She is dedicated to forging strong partnerships with schools, businesses, and nonprofits to boost her library's community services. With a keen eye for engagement opportunities, she collaborates closely with library staff to connect with local organizations. Passionate about community development and library advocacy, Martha thrives on making a positive impact through these meaningful collaborations. She is an instructor for the course, Together We Thrive: Strengthening Public Library Impact through Community Partnerships.
