Global Religious Traditions, 1760-1922 is an archive of publications profiling the many living traditions outside of Judaism, Christianity and Islam during the 19th and early 20th centuries. This includes Buddhism, Hinduism, Native American traditions, Sikhism, Taoism and more.
From Atla, a membership association of collectors and connectors in religion and theology, Global Religious Traditions allows students and researchers to gain a better appreciation of global cultures and religions and to understand them within a historical framework.
It includes translated sacred texts in English, German, and French. A number of sacred texts are also presented in their original languages, specifically Sanskrit, Chinese, Japanese, and Tamil.
