Hi everyone, I'm Melissa Man, and I'm working with Product Management at EBSCO working on the Locate project.

So Locate is EBSCO’s OPAC solution designed and built for FOLIO. It's the intuitive interface that your patrons can use to search and browse your library’s FOLIO inventory catalog. It is a seamless experience for both you and your patrons because Locate is updated in near real time and it doesn't require you to harvest or load your catalog from FOLIO.

So Locate provides all the search and browse functionality that you would expect from an OPAC in a purposefully designed and uncluttered way. Patrons can search by subject, search for known items or browse your collection in Locate. Your patrons can see which items are available, place holds and view their loans in Locate’s My Bookshelf page. And locate does this in a carefully designed and modern interface that your patrons will enjoy using.

Locate brings library services under one roof, making integration, service and support seamless. These are many of the reasons that Locate was designed for FOLIO.
