Overview
Located in Phoenix, Arizona Christian University (ACU) is an accredited, private, non-profit institution offering a number of bachelor’s degree programs that integrate faith, learning and Christian leadership. Part of the Theological Library Cooperative of Arizona, the ACU Library serves a diverse population of more than 600 students as well as faculty, staff, alumni, pastors, missionaries and community patrons.
With a collection that includes 29,000 books, 20,000 e-books, 1,000 audio/visual resources, 2,400 periodical volumes, several EBSCO subscription databases and a number of high-quality, free online resources, the ACU Library aims to ensure that patrons can comfortably and conveniently access the information they need.
In September 2015, the Library began subscribing to EBSCO's eBook Academic Collection, which includes more than 141,000 multidisciplinary e-books. Head Librarian Rob Oliverio says the collection has been a valuable addition to the Library. Read his testimonial below to learn why.
