EIS offers internships for undergraduate and graduate students across all departments including Software Development, Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Content Editorial, Accounting, and Corporate Strategy.

Yes, all internships at EIS are paid.

EIS hires interns year-round, but most of our internship opportunities are available during our Summer Program from June to August. Summer interns enjoy a dedicated intern orientation program and experience the benefits of joining a cohort and participating in enrichment events.

Although our employees work in different locations - some in the office, some remotely - we collaborate closely and support one another. To stay connected, we leverage Microsoft Teams technology and regular one-to-one and team meetings. The best way to prepare for an interview at EBSCO is to visit our culture page to learn about our principle-driven culture and how we leverage those principles to deliver products that provide information where and how people need it. We may also ask you to participate in a recorded video interview. You will be able to preview all of the questions prior to recording your responses.

EBSCO Information Services requires intern applicants to be actively enrolled in a degree granting program at the time of application, either graduate or undergraduate.

EBSCO welcomes interns year-round, but our full nine-week intern program occurs once a year during the summer.

Make the most of any internship experience by connecting with your colleagues and taking advantage of the programs and information available to you. Discuss your long term career goals and interests with your manager. Set up one-on-one meetings with fellow interns, colleagues, and potential mentors. Take time to get to know your co-workers and don't hesitate to ask them for actionable feedback and advice. Participate in educational programs designed to support your development to learn as much as you can during your internship. Ask questions about topics that you need more context to understand or that have piqued your interest. Finally, when your internship comes to an end, stay in touch with your former colleagues and managers to ensure you are aware of future opportunities and your network continues to thrive.
