Learn and Grow with EBSCO
At EBSCO we hire great people and let them thrive. Our internship program provides students with the opportunity to explore rewarding career paths while collaborating with passionate colleagues from around the world to impact the business.
Interns at EBSCO are encouraged to bring their curiosity to work. Through our nine-week internship program interns thrive by developing their professional and essential skills and building a connection with their peers.

"I was welcomed with open arms and given real projects to work on as an intern at EBSCO, so becoming a full-time employee was an easy and rewarding transition. The people and culture are what made me stay with the company. I can be creative and develop in my career here while collaborating with teammates from around the world."

Make the most of any internship experience by connecting with your colleagues and taking advantage of the programs and information available to you. Discuss your long term career goals and interests with your manager. Set up one-on-one meetings with fellow interns, colleagues, and potential mentors. Take time to get to know your co-workers and don't hesitate to ask them for actionable feedback and advice. Participate in educational programs designed to support your development to learn as much as you can during your internship. Ask questions about topics that you need more context to understand or that have piqued your interest. Finally, when your internship comes to an end, stay in touch with your former colleagues and managers to ensure you are aware of future opportunities and your network continues to thrive.
