Sheila Dykstra
Executive Vice President – Chief of Staff
Sheila has been with EBSCO Information Services since 2000 and has held various leadership positions across the business. Prior to becoming Executive Vice President/Chief of Staff, Sheila served as the head of Human Resources. In her current role, Sheila is a partner and advisor to the CEO, and serves as a liaison to team members and key stakeholders.
She uses her experience leading teams and people-focused programs to manage CEO-driven, enterprise-wide initiatives – moving the organization forward and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, culture and overall strategy. Sheila is also a Certified Professional Coach and supports the organization as a coach and facilitator.
