Sheila Dykstra
Executive Vice President/Chief of Staff
Sheila has been with EBSCO Information Services since 2000 and has held various leadership positions across the business. Prior to becoming Chief of Staff, Sheila served as the head of Human Resources. In her current role, Sheila is a partner and advisor to the CEO, and serves as a liaison to team members and key stakeholders.
She uses her experience leading teams and people-focused programs to manage CEO-driven, enterprise-wide initiatives – moving the organization forward and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, culture and overall strategy. Sheila is also a Certified Professional Coach and supports the organization as a coach and facilitator.
