Trish Kavanagh, MD, FAAP

Trish Kavanagh, MD, FAAP is the Senior Deputy Editor of Systematic Literature Surveillance at DynaMed. She is a board-certified Pediatrician and Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Boston University School of Medicine. Trish has ongoing research interests in Sickle Cell Disease that has been federally funded by the National Institutes of Health and the Health Resources and Services Administration. She remains active clinically as an attending in the Pediatric Emergency Department at Boston Medical Center. Trish earned her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at the Boston Combined Residency in Pediatrics (Boston Children’s Hospital and Boston Medical Center) and fellowship in General Pediatrics at Boston University School of Medicine.
